Returns & Exchanges

 

We are committed to providing high-quality products and service. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.   Due to the nature of wholesale sales, all returns must follow the guidelines below.

 

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. To request a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Unauthorized returns or packages sent without an RA# may be refused.

Please include your RA# clearly on the package or shipping label.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been cut from, used, or altered in any way.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will issue instructions and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
