Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.

 

1 - Wholesale Only

We are a wholesale supplier. All purchases must be made by businesses or individuals authorized to purchase on behalf of a business. We do not accept orders for personal or consumer use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business customer.

2 - Order Submission

All orders submitted through our website or other ordering methods must include accurate business information. We reserve the right to request verification of business status before processing an order.

3 - Payment Terms

New customers will be placed on credit card payment terms by default. If you wish to establish credit terms (Net Terms), you must first apply and be approved. To request credit terms, please contact our customer service team to obtain a credit application and begin the review process.

4 - Delivery Timeframes

Typical processing and delivery times for standard orders range from 1.5 to 2.5 weeks. However, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors such as item availability, production schedules, and shipping delays may affect lead times.

Please note: Buttons from the Bonfanti company in Italy typically have longer lead times and may extend beyond the standard 2.5-week timeframe. Many of their buttons are made to order and their shipments to us average about every 3-5 weeks. They are also closed the month of August each year.

5 - Shipping & Express Delivery

Orders will typically ship from our location in St. Louis, Missouri. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated.

We are currently offering free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $500.00. This offer applies to standard ground shipping only and excludes express, expedited, or international shipments.

If you require faster delivery, express and international shipping options are available upon request. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for these services and will be added to your final invoice.

6 - Backorders & Availability

We strive to fulfill all orders in full; however, in some cases, items may be on backorder due to availability or the item may now be sold out.

Backorders are typically shipped freight prepaid, unless unusual circumstances apply. These may include oversized items, international shipments, or other exceptions where additional freight may be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel backorders at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Low item value relative to shipping costs
  • Excessive lead times before restock
  • Items discontinued or no longer available

Customers will be notified of any canceled backorders or significant delays as soon as possible.

7 - Returns, Restocking & Claims

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns on merchandise that has been cut from or used.
  • Claims must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Unauthorized returns or returns received without prior approval may be refused.
