Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Processing time may vary based on product availability, order volume, and account status (e.g., credit approval).
Standard Delivery
Most orders ship from our facility in St. Louis, Missouri, and standard delivery times range from 1.5 to 2.5 weeks. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by inventory availability, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted national and international carriers for reliable delivery. The shipping method and carrier are selected based on your location, order size, and service level requirements.
We are currently offering free standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $500.00. This applies to standard ground shipping only.
Upon request, we are able to ship via UPS or FedEx using your collect account. If you would like to use your own shipping account, please provide your carrier name and account number at the time of order. Additional handling time may apply to collect shipments.
Express & International Shipping
Express and international shipping options are available upon request. Additional charges will apply for these services and will be added to your final invoice.

Backorders
If any item in your order is unavailable, it may be placed on backorder. Backorders are typically shipped freight prepaid unless otherwise specified.
